Ordering 

Ordering your Café Glacé gourmet ice cream cake could not be easier.  Simply go to our Cakes page, add the cakes or cakes you want to your shopping cart, click on the check out link and the system will walk you through out secure ordering process.  If you have questions about our cakes or the ordering process please do not hesitate to email or call us.

Shipping

All orders are shipped two day.  They are packed in dry ice in an insulated shipping container in order to insure that they arrive at your home in perfect condition.  A $12.00 handling charge per cakes will be added to all shipments to cover the cost of the shipping material.  Shipping costs are determined by the state to which the cake is being shipped.  Please refer to the lists below to determine the shipping cost for your particular location.  If you are in the St. Louis area and would like to pick up your cake, simply indicate that in the note section of the order form and we will contact you to arrange a time. 

Cakes are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  As long as we receive your order by 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday your order will ship the following week.  This means that it will arrive between Wednesday and Friday (sometimes packages do arrive early).  Orders placed after this time will be shipped the week after next. Our cakes are made by hand and to order and we appreciate your understanding with our shipping policies. If you need your cake shipped on a different day please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
